Vision
Macedon Ranges indoor courts have been bursting at the seams for over a decade. Our region is turning girls and boys away from community sport. Macedon Ranges Shire ranks #46 out of 48 non-metropolitan shires in Victoria for court access. 46! We need a 6-court multi-use indoor stadium with social facilities to bring towns, clubs, sports, schools and community groups together. With retractable seating for 1500, it could also host concerts and whole school events. A facility buzzing with community life for all ages, featuring natural light, beautiful sustainable design and welcoming facilities for players, specators and community groups. Located near sports fields it would complete a multi-use hub for the whole community. With scale and quality to meet regional demand and host major tournaments for regional development, this is a region-building project for the Macedon Ranges to be proud of now and for generations to come
